At HomeTeam Collections, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our promise to you:

30-Day Free Returns:

If you’re not entirely happy with your order, or if there’s anything amiss, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please note that while we don't charge a restocking fee, return shipping costs are not covered by HomeTeam Collections unless there is defect with the product.

Exclusions:

Custom printing services are non-refundable. However, if there's an issue with your printed photos, we don't want that to be your lasting memory of us. Let us know what went wrong, and we will reprint them at no additional cost to you. This reprint guarantee does not cover user-uploaded image quality issues (such as low resolution) or errors in the text provided by the customer.

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at service@hometeamcollections.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly and issue a refund or reprint as appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these items and work diligently to replace them or refund your purchase as you choose.
